Earlier this month Roleystone Community Church celebrated together as six people were baptised. This was part of the annual church camp, a long running tradition that continues to draw a crowd. This year a group just shy of 100 grandparents, grandchildren and all inbetween headed to the beautiful Camp Logue Brook near Harvey. Along with current pastor Gareth Magowan and his family, the group included three of Roleystones previous pastors. It was commented that it is a testimony to Roleystone’s loving culture that past pastors would want to return to their former church.

The baptisms were preceded by a shared time of worship, and were followed by a water fight and mudslinging!
